1.. When litters are born anyone with deposits or on the contact list will be notified and puppies will be posted and e-mailed to deposit holders. First pick may be going to the owner of the stud dog depending on the breeding. You will be allowed to pick your puppy based on the order of your deposit placement.
2. Once deposit holders have picked the puppy of there choice, the remaining puppies will be placed on a first come first serve basis. Deposits vary depending on the selling price of the puppies in each litter. AKC Deposits are $300 for pet puppies and $450 for breeding/show homes. Registration will be marked accordingly ... AKC pet is Limited registration and AKC breeding or show is Full Rights.
3. Any puppy NOT picked up by 9 weeks will have a charge of $15.00 per day as a additional care and boarding fee .
4. Deposits are NOT refundable but are transferrable. So remember this when selecting a puppy. Unless otherwise contracted by breeder.
5. For puppies being shipped or delivered via ground transport additional fees apply so please check with me for pricing for this option. All payments must be received at 6 weeks of age to insure puppy/puppies arrive at agreed destination at 8-9 weeks of age. ***I will fly the puppies out of Los Angeles CA.
6. PAYMENT ~ ~ CASH accepted in person when viewing puppies and placing a deposit or when picking up and paying off the balance owed ~ POSTAL money orders or bank cashier's checks are acceptable forms of payment if being mailed BUT they must include either a certified mail tracking or priority mail with delivery confirmation to ensure they are in the mail w/o this I have no way of knowing if the deposit is indeed "in the mail" and thus ALL SALES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED FOR ANY PORTION OF PURCHASE.
